IMDB rating: 6.70 Plot: Set deep inside the icy land of Antarctica, two emperor penguins have a baby named Mumble. Hatched upon his feet, he has an amazing skill for tap-dancing. However, penguins are not supposed to tap dance. Even worse, he cannot sing. All emperor penguins are supposed to have a heart song, and he has a try at it – with awful results. Torn apart from his mom, dad, and best friend, Gloria, as a teenager who still has his adolescent feathers, his ventures off into the icy landscape. He is rescued from a leopard seal from a group of Adelie penguins, whom which the leader is Ramon. They take Mumble to their home and discover that all of their fish is being taken from an unknown ‘alien’ source. They ask Lovelace, an unwise and cocky leader of the Adelies, to help them. Am i depressed? Should i see my GP?
I’m a 17, nearly 18, year old male and i think i’m suffering with depression. For about 3 years now i’ve felt ‘depressed’,i’ve rarely felt properly happy, even whilst having a girlfriend – which some people believed to be the cause of my depression (being constantly single and heartbroken). But i don’t know the cause myself, i just remember always feeling depressed for the past 3/4 years. I also tend to talk down positive points said about me, and focus on the negative, making me feel worse (Low Self-Esteem). If anything was to go wrong i would also blame myself.Recently a couple of friends fell out, one of them was a good friend, and the other was a new friend to me and a good friend to her. I befriended the new friend and the other friend tried separating me and the new friend, which caused them to fall out, and i blame myself for it, yet neither of them blame me.
Also i will often feel worthless and useless and a failure- this may come from my step-dad
often telling me what i was interested in doesn’t count in the real world (i want to be a games designer), he also adds too much pressure on me to do well, which i think is slowly causing a mental breakdown. Also i feel useless because some of my friends often need help, and i won’t know what to say/do, which also makes me feel worse. Also after a lesson on depression, i have most of the symptoms of depression – as i have listed and feeling tired, i’ve contemplated suicide a few times (most recently last week), tearfulness, i often don’t enjoy my favoriteactivities anymore, i’ve lost my appetite almost completely (i weigh just under 9 stone, and im 6 foot tall), it often takes me a long time to get to sleep, and sometimes is a challenge getting up in the morning.
Have i actually got depression? Should i go see my GP, if so, what should i say?
Also i will often feel alone, and even when i’m with people i’ll still get that feeling. I’ll also sometimes feel that people don’t like me, i’m like paranoid about my friends stopping liking me.
Totally should.

This may be a really dumb question, but here goes…Um, why do they carry people from the crowd away in stretchers during Michael Jackson concerts? I was watching "Man in the Mirror" live on Youtube and many limp girls from the crowd are ‘rescued’ and put in stretchers…
They were fainting. They faint through the entire concert, at different times. Some even right when he comes on stage. I’m sure I would faint, too, with the excitement and everything, hyperventalating.. haha, but I would try really hard not to. My sister, L, (28 y/o) is having her 8th child.She has no regard for her childrens lives at all.she pretty much pops them out and expects others to take care of them.
K, B and A (13, 11 and 9) have been adopted out.K and B have gone to one home and A has went to another (they were adopted out within months of her having them because she couldnt deal with them)
N & N (7) have been adopted out to our cousin.H (4) is the child I want to adopt.G is in the custody of his father and she is pregnant with her LAST one thank fucking god (the doc agreed to tie her tubes as she is going in for a c section..the same doc that declined after her 4/5th kids)
I want to take H because she has lived with me all of her life.She "tried" to be a mother to her but at 5 months, she gave up and started partying everyday.I took care of her when my sister left her alone for 2 hours at 5 months old.she has been with me ever since.when my sister comes to visit, she never stays for more than literally 20 min and she usually comes to borrow money.when she comes she says hi H mommy loves you how are you and leaves when i give her a few bucks.H refuses to call her mom and my sister is suprisngly ok with it.
I asked her the other day if she would be willing to sign over rights to me and she said yes, might as well since she doesnt want to deal with her and i am the only person she knows.
i at least thought she would be the slightest bit jealous but she wasnt.she told me to take the other one when she is born but i can only support H and my child, so i am trying to convince my mom to take her.
would we have to go through a lawyer, court I have no clue how to do this.I don’t even think i have legal custody of her now since we never went to court.when its time for doc appts my sister put me on the forms so i can take her in.
the father is not in the pic either.i tried to get both him and his family involved but they want nothing to do with H.he is the father of the four other kids too and want nothing to do with them.
I would consult a family lawyer (you also might want to see if they specialize in adoptions too..) and go from there. Since she alreayd lives with you (and is family) IDK if you are going to need to have a h/sor not…not familiar with that…sorry!

Yes, you need a lawyer but you need first to formalize your custody of the four year old. Once that is done and a judge has passed on it, you need an adoption lawyer to help you sever your sister’s rights and adopt the child. And I know it will be hard, but if you can, adopt the new baby too. The doctors can fix it so you can breastfeed (they do things to your hormones) and that help cut some of the costs. And there are many service organizations out there that will help you get the baby’s things at a very low rate or possibly even free. I wish you all the luck in the world!

Our son’s adoption was relatively really cheap compared to most. Instead of a relative, we adopted from a friend. We had to have a home study ($350) and we hired an attorney ($500), and we paid for the filing of the paperwork, extra certified copies of the adoption decree because once the adoption is done, it’s almost impossible to get a copy (in our state, all adoptions are closed).
Legal aid or social services in foster care might also help in a situation like this. You can always call anonymously and talk with foster care. Because they don’t want the child "in the system", there’s a chance they might help with the home study, and with the adoption costs of the paperwork.
Because you know who the father is, and he doesn’t want anything to do with raising this child, it will be easier. My prayers are with these kids, and situations like this are why adoption is necessary. Good luck!

i have not seen Elizabeth Town, and when i bought the dvd of Nick and Nora it came with a digital copy, that is a really cute love story, with a lot of laughs, not as good as Superbad but pretty good. and Lars is actually a very cute movie. He is so in love with this doll and he plays the part so good. this is definitely a must watch, but to buy i think i would get Nick and Nora.

This is a good question. I am in the same situation. It’s always hard to shop for guys, but I have found that my husband likes it when I plan an anctivity for us more than getting a present. So I try to think of something that he likes to do and plan an afternoon or day full of stuff he likes to do for the both of us. So that would be my advice. I hope that helps.

2 year old fussy eater at dinner time!?
Hi, I have a girl who is 2 next week. Now that she can feed herself, she is so fussy when it comes to dinner time. She wont eat anything that she cant stab with her fork and if I give her a spoon she goes mad! She also wont eat veg! When I spoon fed her she would eat whatever we cooked for her. She likes to feed herself fish fingers, sausages, veggie sausages, fish cakes, omlette etc, anything that she can pick up with a fork. If im to put potatoes, waffles or veg down she just isnt interested. Im not extremely concerned as she eats her breakfast, lunch and snacks fine. Just wanted some advice from any mum or dad who has been through the same situation and if they have any tips? She is healthy enough and runs round all day like a loony so has so much energy! Thanks! x
WEll first of all try hiding veggies in stuff she likes, in her omlet, fish cakes (if u make them), ect.
She isnt going to starve herself, Tell hr if she doesnt want to eat them it is fine but when ever she gets hungry they are there waiting for her. If she gets hungry she will eat them

I just reinstalled windows XP – I NEED HELP!?
I was having some blue screen of death troubles and after trying to fix it with auto recovery I just decided to reinstall windows XP. I installed service pack 1 and now I can’t get online. My laptop won’t even turn the wireless on anymore, it used to turn on as soon as I turned my laptop on. I looked in the device manager and I have all these things on there that say "Network Controller" "Ethernet Controller" but I can’t install them because I don’t have a disk and I can’t get online. I bought the laptop refurbished about 6 months ago so I don’t have the wireless card CD. Is there any way I can get my laptop to go back online? I don’t understand why my wireless is not showing up on the computer or turning on when I hit the button.
Does your laptop have a port for an ethernet cable?
If so, unplug it from your wireless base and plug it directly into laptop.
